Seeking a dependable and experienced Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator &
Agricultural Operations Specialist to support our agricultural operations throughout the
winter and early spring. This position will primarily focus on harvesting, crop processing,
equipment operation, post-harvest field maintenance, and agricultural logistics.
Responsibilities:
Operate tractors, loaders, trucks, grain handling equipment, and other agricultural machinery.
Assist with harvesting, crop handling, processing, loading, unloading, and transportation.
Perform post-harvest field cleanup, tillage, and general field maintenance.
Conduct daily equipment inspections, fueling, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance.
Transport crops, equipment, supplies, and materials as needed.
Assist with grain storage and processing operations.
Maintain accurate records of equipment use, loads, and field activities.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with preparing equipment and fields for spring planting.
