FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATOR: Worker complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: prepare. safety check, maintain and operate farm machinery such as forklifts, tractors with attachments, mowers, dammer dikers, windrowers, large ag drone sprayers, potato harvesters, dump trucks, skid steers, remote controlled bin pilers, forage box, drill, broadcast spreader, disk and trucks to complete soil preparation, field work, cultivation, fertilizer sidedressing, spraying, harvesting to meet or exceed quality criteria, hauling crops to storage, unloading potatoes into dirt eliminator, hauling dirt and rock, grading potatoes on washline and seeding cover crops. If authorized, worker may be required to operate semi-trucks and trailers related to crop harvest. Operate or assist with trailers/tankers loading. Maintenance duties including hand picking rocks, mowing grass, picking up garbage, and cleaning farm machinery and buildings. Keep accurate and legible records of equipment maintenance activities, crop seeding, fertilizing, spraying and harvesting activities.
