Create beverage recipes, mix, and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to members. Follows all established standard operating procedures for taking and serving food and beverage orders. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), set up and break down portable bars and banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment for special events and private parties. Ensure the bar area and bar equipment is properly cleaned and sufficiently restocked with glasses, alcohol, mixers, etc. at the end of every shift. Set up and break down duties include: stocks and breaks down rolling portable bars with ice, wine openers, mixers, shakers, liquor/wine, glassware; sets and removes garnishments, straws, napkins, and stirrers for service; sets up and removes portable POS system/tablets, if applicable; takes used glassware and shakers to the dishwasher area post event; and clears, cleans, and sanitizes the portable bar surfaces after service is complete. Tools/Equipment Used: Rolling carts, ice bins/containers, tray tables; and other equipment used (depends on event): blenders, wine decanters, lemon/lime cutter, glass polisher, ice buckets.
Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule:Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). All employees work at least 5 shifts per week. Typical shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11 pm. Shift days and times vary depending on the demand or event scheduled. Overtime: As Needed Only.
