Provide daily care for preschool aged children in an early childhood development program. Speak and read to children. Monitor children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and report concerns to management. Communicate with children's parents or guardians' information on how the child's day went, including daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Prepare and serve school provided breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Develop a cleaning routine throughout the day that keeps all areas sanitary and safe. Perform additional housekeeping duties including laundry, dish washing, and changing of linens as needed. Assist teachers in facilitating classroom activities and assignments. Workers will be required to change diapers and/or children’s clothing should the need arise.
