Produce high quality food according to recipes and menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times.
Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours per week up to possible 40 hours per week of work. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Resort open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Multiple shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 11:00am - 7:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:30pm each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid break. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and resort demands.
