Workers will prepare boats and traps for the upcoming crawfish harvesting season. Duties include operating boats in the ponds while baiting and setting crawfish traps, assisting with harvesting crawfish from traps during the harvesting season, preparing harvested crawfish for distribution, and cleaning boats and traps for storage at the end of the season. Once hired, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for illegal drugs or failing to comply with a required drug test may result in immediate termination of employment.
