Workers will carry out maintenance on all tractors, various implements, sprayers, combines, backhoes, mowers, track hoes, and ATVs/side by sides. They will also assist in loading trucks with grain as required. Workers will maintain grain bins, which involves completely emptying them, sweeping the floors, vacuuming feed augers, sump transitions, and aeration plenums. They will inspect the bins for any dents, loose bolts, or signs of corrosion and perform necessary repairs. Additionally, workers will conduct ground maintenance around grain bins and other structures associated with grain operations.Drug testing will be performed randomly, upon accident, incident, or suspicion and will be performed at the expense of the employer.
