Salary: $90,000+ Annually (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team in a busy family practice office.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage nursing staff and medical assistants.
Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow.
Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Work closely with providers and administration to improve patient care and office efficiency.
Develop and implement clinical workflows and procedures.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted RN license required.
Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
Family practice or primary care experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
