Drives tractors. Operates, performs basic repairs, and maintains farm implements and mechanical equipment. Plows and harrows land. Plants corn and soybean seed. Fertilizes and otherwise cares for corn and soybean plants. Harvest soybean and corn crop. Load and unload farm materials and harvested crops onto tractors and trucks for transport. Store crops in the farm's storage and drying facility (located on site). May repair fences, farm buildings, and other structures. Perform basic farm, field, and shed sanitation duties. Mow grass and operate trimmer around farm buildings. Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather.
