Workers will perform manual labor to plant, cultivate, and harvest tomatoes and citrus. Duties include harvesting tomatoes and citrus by hand, placing harvested tomatoes and citrus into containers, and assisting with counting, handling, loading, and unloading harvested crops.
Workers will perform field maintenance including removing plastic mulch, staking plants, tying and stringing tomato plants, raking rows, and maintaining clean and organized field areas.
Workers may perform additional general farm labor including loading and unloading agricultural materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general farm upkeep.
All work will be performed outdoors under varying weather conditions. Workers must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 52 pounds.
