JOB TASKS: Plants will be needed to be graded. Workers will need to dig, plant, cultivate, and harvest plants. Also plants or crates will be needed to be lifted, carried, loaded or unloaded into/out of greenhouses for nursery and stock. Maintenance will also be needed for field and other production areas. Exposure to extreme temperature, repetitive movements, extensive pushing, pulling, walking and frequent stooping will be involved in daily tasks. Carrying of 40 LBS of some part of the day can and will occur. Due to nature of the duties and weather it is the prevailing practice to work substantially more, less or different hours than those listed. Workers must report to work at designated time daily. Daily or weekly tasks or schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions and or other factors.
