The Farm Produce Packer is responsible for all physical aspects of the farm produce packing operation. Duties
include: sorting fresh potatoes by grade washed and unwashed and filing, handling, and stacking of finished product: bags/boxes or in bulk containers for their shipment. Safe and efficient use of company tools and equipment is an integral part of the employee
responsibilities. Farm Produce Packer must be capable of lifting 50# units from knee height to shoulder
height repetitively. Farm Produce Packer must be capable of standing for extended periods of time while
performing the work requirements. Produce Packer must be available for a flexible daily work schedule.
