General farm labor, including, but not limited to: Plant, irrigate, cultivate, and harvest crops; Maintain and service farm equipment and grain bin facility; Drive and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, vehicles, lawn mowers, and weedeaters. Cattle duties include: Vaccinate, feed, water, perform calving activities, and hay production. Crawfish duties include: Harvest crawfish from ponds; Transport crawfish; Wash, inspect, and grade crawfish; Prepare crawfish for bagging; Pack crawfish for selling at market. Workers may receive salary increases and bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
