Duties may include: Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, set up and operate irrigation equipment, maintain and repair irrigation systems, clean work areas, and maintain grounds, operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and farm machinery, & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).

Possible weekend/holiday work.

The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
