Harvest grapefruit and oranges: Move and secure ladders, climb ladders with picking bags, empty picking bags at collection points, walk between trees and reset ladders and repeat. Pick to size if requested and use sizing tool. As requested workers can assist with orchard cleanup and maintenance including irrigation systems.Worker may be asked to help move equipment like forklift and pick-up truck/trailer for ladders.
Some workers will be working hourly at the packing shed as well cleaning,grading,stacking boxes,cleaning bins,driving forklift,operating machinary,ect.
