Job Description

The workers will hand harvest broccoli by walking assigned field rows and identifying broccoli heads that have reached the proper size and maturity for harvest; cut broccoli heads from plants using a harvest knife and trim excess leaves and plant material according to grower specifications; place harvested broccoli into field totes, boxes, or other designated containers, and carry, stack, and arrange filled containers in the field for pickup and transport.
