Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.
The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
