The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Duties include harvesting, packing, laying plastic, plastic culture practice, planting, staking, tying, stacking, clean-up, and operating farm equipment. Other job duties include irrigation installation and removal, dumping crop into containers, post-harvest clean-up, pulling plastic and stakes, string cutting (twine) and other general farm labor. Crops include squash, pepper, cucumber and eggplant. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, humidity, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. 57 workers needed to start on 9/22/26 and the remaining 88 workers needed to start on 10/5/26.
