Temporary, seasonal workers needed for crawfish and rice farm: Job duties include crawfishing in boats, harvesting/catching crawfish, performing crawfishing duties in fields; manually cutting up fish bait, putting out crawfish traps and baiting and checking traps, grading and washing crawfish for shipment; sacking crawfish; stocking crawfish ponds; making repairs to traps as needed; removing traps from pond at end of season. Work in rice fields including field prep, water maintenance; fertilize, plant and harvest crops; driving tractors, equipment and farm trucks; manual shovel work, hoe weeds; spot spray, repair and maintain bins, equip., farm and fences; maintain field levees, roads and shop; load and unload trucks; cut grass; travel between fields required; level rice bins; clean up rice spills at bins.
