Attend to cattle. Duties may include feeding, watering, herding, catching, and loading. Hauling hay. Precondition and maintain cattle: Hay all cattle, haul water to cattle, mix feed, monitor health, vaccinate, rotate cattle between pastures. Operate feed truck/ pay loader. Clean pens. Maintain fence. Manure hauling. May haul cattle to market. Maintain administrative records & other related Farmworker Livestock activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.
The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
