Job Description

Attend to and monitor health of cattle. Duties may include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, branding, catching and loading cattle. Inspect, maintain and repair equipment, machinery, pens, yards and fences. May maintain records on cattle; examine cattle to detect diseases or injuries; assist in calving; administer medications, vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate. Drive farm trucks, tractors and other equipment to haul feed and cattle to market & other related Farmworker, Livestock activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
