We need a qualified worker to assist in preparing cattle for sale. Duties will include herding, grazing, castrating, branding, weighing, catching and loading animals. Employees will also need to maintain records on animals, examine animals to detect disease and injuries; assist with birth deliveries; and administer medications and vaccinations as appropriate. Will need to operate trucks and tractors and other equipment to distribute feed and assist with cutting of forage as directed. Drive pickup trucks and trailer to haul cattle. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Returning H-2A workers for a consecutive season will be paid $19.21/hr as long as that rate is more than the published rate.
