Workers will perform basic manual labor to assist with preparing the cotton gin area for the upcoming season. Duties include general cleaning, sweeping, removing debris, organizing materials, and loading or stacking items as directed. Workers will wipe down accessible surfaces, clear work areas, and assist with moving lightweight equipment or materials under close supervision. Workers may use basic hand tools such as brooms, shovels, or rakes. Any equipment movement will be limited to non mechanical tasks, such as guiding, positioning, or hand pushing items as instructed. All tasks are routine, repetitive, and performed under direct supervision to support general farm and gin yard preparation activities.
