Plant, pot, cultivate, transplant and harvest various types of trees and shrubs grown in fields. Workers will also spray approved chemicals to control pests, weeds, and diseases. Employer will issue appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as appropriate at no charge or deposit to the worker. Work includes laying plastic, pinching, pruning, fertilizing, watering, rooting, weeding, loading, transporting, discarding, rotating, grading, storing, and field grown trees and shrubs according to supervisor's instructions. Workers will maintain and operate farm equipment as needed, maintain grounds by mowing, weed eating, cutting firewood, picking up debris. Workers will fill and maintain wildlife feeders. Will maintain buildings, fences and roads on the ranch. May participate in irrigation activities and brush control. Must be experienced in operating a 60hp tractor as well as skid steer.
