Workers will perform general agricultural labor related to the handling and preparation of harvested edible beans during the peak seasonal period. Duties include loading and unloading beans, transferring beans from storage areas, and assisting with the movement of product for storage and distribution. Workers will assist with cleaning and processing activities to prepare the crop for market. Responsibilities also include bagging and toting beans and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Workers may assist with basic equipment operation for material movement and will perform routine upkeep and cleaning of tools and work areas as needed. All tasks are manual in nature, repetitive, and require physical effort. The work supports post-harvest agricultural operations and is directly tied to seasonal increases in crop volume. Workers will follow all safety procedures and use proper methods when handling materials, tools, and equipment. On-site training will be provided to ensure workers understand job tasks and safety expectations. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance, work efficiently as part of a team, and complete assigned duties to support the timely handling and preparation of the harvested crop. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
