Job duties include the following but are not limited to:
Feeding, watering, herding, castrating, branding, weighing, catching, and loading animals
Examining animals to detect diseases and injuries
Assisting in birthing, administering medications, vaccinations, or insecticides
Maintaining winter animal housing areas; using diggers, shovels and other equipment needed
Ongoing maintenance includes cleaning, maintaining and repair of equipment, various workshop tasks as well as maintenance of grain bins and general buildings
Use of various farm and cattle specific farming equipment
Drive tractors, and other farming equipment to distribute food to cattle
Maintaining records, as required by the various relevant entities, clients and inhouse management
