We run a 500 head cow calf operation and need of an experienced cattleman to help feed, doctor, fence, assist with calving & record keeping as necessary. Job duties include, attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, bedding, and loading animals; Maintain records on animals; Load and unload cattle; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Administer medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate; Clean and maintain animal housing areas; Inspect, maintain, prepare, and repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards, and fences; Break ice. Must speak and understand English.
