Responsible for driving a JD 310SJ backhoe and Cat 312 excavator to maintain flooded waterfowl fields and perform general farm operations. Duties include manual labor with hand tools such as shovels, maintaining water control structures, cleaning and performing routine maintenance on equipment, and assisting with other farm related tasks as needed. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform physically demanding work, speak and understand English, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate safe equipment operation and a strong work ethic.
