Twenty-Eight (28) H-2A Workers ("Workers") will be needed to Cultivate, Pollinate, Prune, Thin, Transplant, Harvest, Pick & Pack Lemon, Date and other Fruit trees and their respective crops. Workers will perform agricultural and horticultural labor or services of a temporary or seasonal nature, including harvesting, picking & packing lemons, dates, and other fruit varieties.
Workers will work outdoors, Monday-Saturday from 7 am to 2:30 pm, in a variety of weather conditions including Arizona's extreme heat. Workers must have 2 months' work experience and must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Employer will furnish, at no cost to Workers, all necessary tools, materials, supplies & equipment (collectively, "Tools") required by the work. Tools may include shovels, gloves, backhoes, trenchers, tree spades, chain & hand saws, and clippers.
