Worker will be performing job duties related to SOC 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers. This job will include manual
labor working in extreme temperatures including cold and moisture such as snow, ice, and rain. Job duties will include
but not be limited to: extensive land clearing to remove dormant trees, brush, and noxious weeds in order to improve
pastures and fields. This could be by operating hand tools or mechanical means and will include removing vegetation
from the surface as well as subsurface roots and debris. Move employers forage such as hay and silage from pits and
storage locations to employers processing area. Workers are expected scrape manure then transport to piles in
designated areas. Remove snow necessary to maintain adequate access. Perform daily inspections and perform
incidental repairs on vehicles, equipment, fences, water systems, buildings, and other structures as necessary, especially
during severe winter weather events. Tools and equipment used to perform these duties may include but are not limited
to: Dozers, wheel loaders, telehandlers, live-bottom trailers, end dump trailers, side-by-sides,
ATVs, chainsaws, shovels, picks, axes, loppers, shears, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, etc. Workers
must possess a Class A commercial Driver’s License or and equivalent Class D non-Commercial drivers license with an
F endorsement. Workers must be able to speak and understand English.
