Workers will perform a variety of agricultural tasks related to the planting, cultivating, irrigating, pruning, harvesting, sorting, packing, and field maintenance of crops, including but not limited to fruits, vegetables, and other seasonal commodities. Duties may include preparing soil, applying fertilizers, operating and cleaning farm equipment, constructing or repairing trellises and irrigation systems, loading and unloading produce, and performing general farm labor as directed. Work requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds in varying weather conditions. All duties will be performed under the supervision of the employer or designated supervisor.
