Front Desk Agents will be responsible for checking in and checking out resort guests, operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking reservations, assisting in carrying luggage to and from rooms, distributing resort information and schedules, assisting with all guest requests, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 10:00pm, or 12:00pm to 7:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
