7AM - 3:30PM
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
LVN Responsibilities:
Notify the MD of changes in resident condition
Document daily care and assessments
Administer medications (Med Pass)
Complete assessments as needed
