General laborer with the following responsibilities:
- taking skins out of the freezer to thaw out, stacking and moving skins around
- preparing skins for tanning by removing fat and meat from the flesh side with a knife,
- the skins will then be passed to the tannery wet shop personnel
- sharpen their knifes using the sharpening machine
- move hides from one container to another, push wheel carts with hides to deliver them to the tanning area.
- keeping the work areas clean, including removing debris and proper storage of knives and sharpening tools
