Job duties include managing operations of the grain bin facility, maintain grain bin equipment, service loop and pit, sweep grain bins, shovel spilled corn, and climb stairs and ladders to grease motors and augers. Employees will also be loading trucks, keeping records of the loads, and operating backhoe, semi-trucks, and tractors. Facilitate with winter maintenance on farm equipment. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
