Job requires preparing scale tickets, monitoring to ensure compliance with moisture and grade standards; transferring grain to proper storage location; shipping grain from elevator as required and transferring grain from storage bins to truck bins prior to shipment; operating augers and conveyors; clearing grain from automatic conveyor system that is causing jams, stoppages, or gaps in grain movement; performing housekeeping duties to ensure that storage locations are properly maintained; performing maintenance & minor miscellaneous repair on augers, grain bins and other tools involved with the storage of grain. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or engage in various general functions. Pay increase or bonus may be possible to employees depending on experience or merit and are at the sole discretion of the employer.
