Responsibilities Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, IM injections, and wellness treatments Perform confident, efficient IV starts on a wide range of clients Educate clients on treatment options, wellness protocols, and recovery optimization Create a luxury, elevated, hospitality-driven client experience Monitor clients throughout treatments and maintain accurate medical documentation Maintain strict infection control and sterile procedures Assist with inventory, clinic organization, and operational excellence Support membership growth through authentic client relationship building Represent the Arctic Elevation brand with professionalism, confidence, and positivity Participate in occasional VIP events Qualifications Active WA RN license Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills BLS certification Excellent communication and bedside manner Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling Passion for health, wellness, recovery, and preventative medicine Ideal Candidate Experience in med spa, IV hydration, concierge medicine, ER, ICU, aesthetics, or wellness clinics Confident working with high-end clientele Sales-minded without being pushy Energetic, polished, and hospitality-focused Team-oriented with strong work ethic Entrepreneurial mindset and growth mentality Why Arctic Elevation We are creating more than a studio, we are building a category-defining wellness brand.
