Workers use hand shovels to “clear away” snow from any walkways used by pedestrians, will use ATV 4-wheeler with “snowplow” attachment to “clear away” snow from driveways and/or parking lots, will use hands and/or handheld salt spreader on areas as directed by manager for ice melting. Install and uninstall holiday decorations. Perform commercial and residential snow/ice maintenance including winter storm cleanup, trash/debris pickup, and snow/ice removal. Clean and perform routine maintenance and/or minor repairs on equipment and tools when not in use. Use hand tools and equipment such as ice picks, shovels, and blowers.
