“Preparing (without cooking) various foods to be cooked or served” – this consists of cutting vegetables. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are cutting boards, knives, containers, potato cutter, and utensils. These workers may use a cart to move containers with vegetables from one kitchen to another.

Kitchen Stewards will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing (without cooking) various foods to be cooked or served, and sorting and removing trash.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
