Employees will clean the outside of private, residential communities by performing manual snow/ice/leaf removal from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas using snow shovels, snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; trash/debris pickup; and fall/winter storm cleanup by clearing debris from grounds using their hands. Workers will perform cleaning of private properties including manual snow/ice/leaf removal from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas using snow shovels, snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; trash/debris pickup; potential late season mowing, fall/winter storm cleanup including clearing debris from grounds; and dormant tree/shrub winter pruning. Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use. Load/unload materials. Entry level; requires supervision.
