Snow removal is primarily performed using hand-operated tools. However, there are 8
supervisors who operate trucks equipped with snowplows, the H2B workers would be
assisting them using hand-operated tools, such as shovels and snow blowers. These
supervisors use the plow-equipped trucks to clear snow from roadways, parking lots, and
other paved surfaces as part of their supervisory and snow removal responsibilities. No other
employees operate vehicles or equipment with attached plows.

Entry level, no experience required, work under close supervision.
Winterizing of properties by trimming and removing brush, leaves and plant matter; planting seasonal bulbs and saplings; mulching beds; draining. Perform highly physical activities on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, snowy weather. Use of vehicles and hand or power tools may be required. May assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment used each day. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties.
To de-ice and remove snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots for the various residential and commercial properties each employee will use ice melt and hand tools, such as shovels. The ice melt is loaded into a push spreader as well as loading it into the tailgate spreaders. When the ice starts melting the worker uses the shovel to remove the snow leftovers.
