Responsible for routine landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including weed-eating, mowing, trimming, edging, and litter pickup. Operates standard landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, grass trimmers, and pruning shears. Duties may include planting, watering, fertilizing, sod laying, digging, raking, yard clean- up, mulch installation or replacement, and leaf removal.All duties are limited to softscape landscaping and grounds maintenance only. This position does not perform or assist with fence installation or maintenance, patio installation, wall unit installation, retaining walls, masonry, stonework, paver installation, or any other construction or hardscape-related activities. Work is performed outdoors under supervision using standard landscaping hand tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and hand pruners.
