Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Rehabilitation We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Skilled Rehabilitation Unit providing care to patients recovering from hospitalization, surgery, illness, and injury. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys hands-on clinical care, working as part of an interdisciplinary team, and helping patients progress toward their goal of returning home.
