New Wage Scale: Pay $27 - $39 pay is based on experience

Shift Details: 12-Hour Shifts (6:00AM – 6:30 PM) Full-Time Position - 36 hours per week Every 3rd Weekend Rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Monitor resident health and update care plans

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support CNAs and caregiving staff

Qualifications:

LPN license in the State of Wisconsin

Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
