Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Ambulatory Clinic

Location: Rapid City, South Dakota Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: 40 Hours per Week Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.73 per hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for qualified candidates

Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an outpatient ambulatory clinic team in Rapid City, SD. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care while working alongside physicians and Registered Nurses in a collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare examination and treatment rooms for patient visits.

Assist with patient intake, rooming, vital signs, and data collection.

Administer and document medications accurately.

Perform nursing procedures and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.

Assist physicians and RNs with patient care and clinical activities.

Provide patient education materials and reinforce care instructions.

Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and patient inbox management.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.

Active LPN license in South Dakota or Wyoming.

At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
