About the Role:
Lincoln Ob-Gyn PC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our women's health team in Lincoln, NE. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients every day in a supportive and specialized clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist OB-GYN physicians and providers with patient examinations and clinical procedures
Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document accurate medical histories in the EMR
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and supply stocking
Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider
Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and routine lab processing
Manage patient communications including scheduling, referrals, and follow-up calls
Support front and back office workflows to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska certification required
Previous clinical experience in an OB-GYN, women's health, or primary care setting preferred, but willing to train
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills
Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
CPR/BLS certification preferred

Our office is closed Friday afternoons and clinic staff also have 1/2 out additionally.
