Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part-Time

Oak Glen Post Acute

Pay: $29–$33 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Part-Time

Oak Glen Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team!

If you’re an LVN who enjoys building relationships with your patients, working alongside a supportive healthcare team, and making a meaningful difference each shift, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Support residents and families throughout their care journey

Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents

What We’re Looking For

Current California LVN license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong communication and clinical skills

Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Compassionate approach to resident care

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
