Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility using brooms, mops, brushes and other hand tools. Walk garage daily to note and correct any maintenance problems. Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms. Empty all trashcans. Replace burned out bulbs, change filters, stock supplies, submit requests for repairs or maintenance. Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies. Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence.
The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times: 7:30am-4pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Hours and shift times may vary with occupancy.
Employer may increase wage based on experience, change in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal per shift provided at no cost to employee.
Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.65 wage per hour.
Worker is responsible for their own daily transportation to and from the worksite.
