What You'll Do Room patients: accurate vitals, weights, growth measurements, and history Administer vaccines and injections per protocol, with careful documentation Prepare charts, update the EHR precisely, and keep records clean Assist providers during exams and procedures Calm anxious kids (and anxious parents) with patience and warmth Handle sterile technique, specimen collection, and safe medication handling Communicate clearly with the front desk, providers, and teammates so nothing slips Coordinate referrals Who Thrives Here Detail-obsessed: You double-check the dose, the chart, and the name band.
