We need seasonal employees to operate farm equipment to do baling, swathing, mowing, weeding, tractor operation, irrigation
(pivot and gravity), manure application, construction farm building repairs, oil changes, equipment maintenance and repairs, fence repairs, hauling crop and operate harvest equipment. Employees will also complete other routine farm chores related to the crop production. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate
